Zoo Class

      I take homeschool classes at the Birmingham Zoo. I love it! We have learned about zoo keeping and animal instincts. I made one really good friend named Ashley. She is a new homeschool student too!
   
      Last week we saw an otter be trained. Today we watched cat like creature called a serval be trained. Its name is Sabari. Last time I got to pet a chinchilla! It has the softest fur ever. I can't wait unit next time.

Field Trip!

       Today we went on a field trip to the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center. We went with one of my mom's friend and her children. Kaidence is 8 years old and Kelsi is 4 years old. The Space and Rocket Center was so fun! Of course some things said "Millions of Years Ago." Is it not sad that scientists do not believe what is right in front of them? Proverbs 3:19 says "The Lord by wisdom founded the Earth." Genesis 1:1 states "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth." Scientists don't want to believe what is right in front of them! They want to make it complicated and not believe God created everything.

My First Few Days of Homeschooling

I just finished my second day of homeschooling! It is wonderful! Today I did every subject. The longest lesson was writing about different kinds of scientists!  In Social Studies, I learned about Ancient Mesotampia. King Nebacanezzer was even in the lesson. Legend has it that King Nebuchadnezzar built the beautiful garden in Babylon for his  lovely wife who missed her home in Persia. I really love homeschooling!

Home Schooling

In January, I'm going to begin homeschooling.  I'm excited for so many reasons.  First, this will give me a chance to study God's word more.  I don't get to do that school.  Also, I'll get to spend more time with my mother, brother and sister.  Plus, I'll get to practice on my Lads to Leaderette's events.  I'm going to miss my friends at my old school, but I'm excited about this new adventure!
